CNC PRECISION WATER JET CUTTING
Waterjet cutting is especially useful for prototyping and small production runs. It allows us to cut materials like plastic, wood, metal, carbon fiber and more! We are limited to 46" x 104" in size. We also have the ability to cut beveled edges.
DIE CUTTING
Die cutting represents a
cost effective solution for high volume production. We do have some in house die making capabilities. Depending on the shape, if we can build it here you will save an average of 50% on a die charge.
PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE LAMINATION
We are equipped to laminate rolls of various materials with pressure sensitive adhesives. We specialize in laminating closed cell foams. We can provide you with either acrylic based or synthetic rubber based adhesives based upon your specifications.
SLITTING
Our slitter machine cuts tapes precisely to the width needed for your project!
